Terms of Service

By scheduling service with Portsmouth Steam, you agree to the following terms:

Services

We provide commercial kitchen exhaust system cleaning, including hood, duct, fan, and filter cleaning. Services are performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable fire codes.

Access & Safety

The customer must provide safe and clear access to all service areas. Cooking equipment must be turned off and cool prior to arrival. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees permitted by law.

Additional Charges

Quotes are based on visible conditions. Additional charges may apply for excessive grease buildup, concealed ductwork, or unforeseen conditions. Customers will be notified when possible.

Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installation, structural defects, or code violations unrelated to cleaning. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
